The results of the Harps Lotto draw from April 7th will be in next week’s notes. We are in the Linnett Inn this Sunday night, with Peter Jones, Mary Cox and Gerry Gallagher on duty.

What a great day Fermanagh football on Saturday last as St Michael’s College Enniskillen won their historic first Hogan Cup in a brilliant, exciting, high quality match. Congratulations to everyone involved in a brilliant panel and management group. We are obviously particularly proud to have had Micheal Glynn, Mark McGoldrick, Rian McGovern and Ronan McHugh as players and mentors, but to everyone involved, thanks for a brilliant day.

Our seniors had a good solid win against St Pats on Sunday. They travel to Irvinestown this Sunday at 1pm. Our Reserves had a good win over Devenish on Friday night, whilst our Thirds game was unplayed. This Saturday evening sees us at home to Belleek, and Tempo in the Erne Cup according to fixtures at present, although this may change. Our Under 15 boys are away to Tempo this Saturday afternoon, with our Under 11 team up against Teemore in the morning. Our under 16 girls are up and running, having got a good result against Belcoo last week, and our Under 14 girls are training too, busy schedules! St Patrick’s PS travelled to Magherafelt last week, and represented Fermanagh in the Cumann na mBunscoil Ulster indoor competition. It was a fantastic experience for them to play against the champions from other Ulster counties, with good wins over Cavan and Antrim being real highlights, plus the games against Derry and Monaghan. Many thanks to all who prepared and travelled with the group.

This Sunday is scheduled to see the commencement of Sunday morning football, with groups from P1 upwards and an 11.15 start time and a 12.30 finish. We will have registration documents available on the day as well.

Finally, it was with sadness that all club members heard of two families with strong Harps connections who were bereaved recently, namely Mr Francie Ferguson, Tully and also Mrs Maura Burns from Moyglass. Sincere condolences to both families.
