Harps Notes 4th September 2017

The Harps' Lotto jackpot was not won on Sunday night. The numbers were 3, 15, 27 & 28. £20 each went to O & T Dundas, Derrygonnelly, Nuala Leonard, Mullaghdun, and Niamh Power, c/o Denise Kelly. For the second time in eighteen years, the jackpot has reached £10,000! We are in The Cosy Bar this Sunday night, with Eamonn Greene, John Ferguson, and Mary Cox on duty.

What a fantastic performance on Sunday as Fermanagh Ladies made the All Ireland Junior final after an epic, extra-time semi final against London! All the best to the entire panel as they prepare for the big match on Sunday September 24th.

Our seniors play in the championship semi-final against Roslea Shamrocks this Friday evening at 8.30pm in Brewster Park. We wish the entire panel and team management all the best in this tie.

Our Under 12s made a very good start to the final phase of their league competition on Saturday with a win over Irvinestown. They are up against Tempo at home this Saturday at 2.00. Training takes place this Thursday at 6.30pm.

Our Under 16s are away to Teemore this Thursday evening in the league. They had a good performance against Derrylin in the championship preliminary round on Sunday evening, and are now scheduled to play Devenish this Monday evening in the quarter-final.

Our Juniors have now qualified for the Reserve FC final, against either Roslea or Teemore with the final still to be fixed for definite. They put in a good performance in tricky weather conditions to take the result against Enniskillen Gaels in the semi, and good luck to them with their preparations for the final.

All committee members please note that there is no meeting this Thursday night.
