posted 21 Aug 2019, 01:57 by Derrygonnelly Harps

The Harps Lotto jackpot, now £4200 was not won on Sunday night. The numbers were 3, 5, 21 and 26. £20 each went to Dinny Doogan, Kinawley, Fidelma Beacom, Garvary and Margaret O’Rourke, Lisnaskea. We are in The Cosy Bar this Sunday night, with Big Pat McGurn, Michael Glynn and Mary on duty.

Good luck to our seniors in the championship semi final against Belnaleck Art McMurroughs this Saturday night at 7pm in Brewster Park. All support in key games like this one is greatly appreciated.

Our Junior A squad had a very good win against Lisnaskea in the Reserve Championship on Sunday. They now play Enniskillen Gaels in the semi final on Saturday August 31st at 6pm.

Our Under 17s have worked very hard and put in a good league campaign. They face Enniskillen Gaels this Wednesday evening in the league final at Brewster Park, throw-in time is 8pm. All the best to our players and management.

Our Under 13s are back in action again this week, facing Kinawley in a refixture on Thursday night, then Irvinestown on Thursday 29th. Both games are home fixtures. Our 2007/8 squad travelled to the Moy on Saturday and enjoyed top quality games against Tyrone opposition, a brilliant exposure to the levels elsewhere. Thanks a lot to Francie McKenna, Eoghan Cassidy and Paul Ward for travelling with the lads.

Our senior Ladies had a win over Devenish in a very entertaining league match last Wednesday night. Next up for them is a nine-a-side match away to Brookeborough on Thursday night. Arrangements for the Ladies SFC semi against Newtownbutler have been confirmed, with a 4pm throw-in in Derrylin on Saturday August 31st. Good luck to all in preparing for that game. Good luck also to Fermanagh ladies this Saturday in the All Ireland semi final against London at 2.45 in Clones.

Our Under 8 and Under 10  girls continue to train every Thursday evening at 6.15. They hosted a very worthwhile blitz last week, and many thanks to all who helped out. Our Minor ladies had a win over Belnaleck on Sunday evening, and are scheduled to play Ederney away on Wednesday evening, to be confirmed on our online output.

Thank you finally to our squad of matchday volunteers who helped out at our recent IFC matches in various roles. It is very pleasing to be able to host matches at Canon Maguire Park so efficiently and reliably.
