The Lotto jackpot, now £5900, was not won on Sunday night. The numbers were 1, 20, 21 & 23. £20 each went to Matthew and Evie Irwin, Boho, Nessa Fee, Enniskillen, and Margaret Meehan, Belleek. The numbers drawn on April 8th were 10, 23, 25 & 30. £20 each went to Mary McCabe, Blaney, Gerard Skuce, Derrygonnelly and Nuala Burke, Boaz House, Omagh. We are in Doogies this Sunday night, with Mary, Donal and Gerard Maguire on duty.

Well done to all of the children who took to Canon Maguire on Sunday as we started off Sunday Morning Footy. Conditions were hardy, but the children enjoyed their outing, and we look forward to a great season ahead. Thank you very much to our coaches for their commitment to coaching and helping out. We need a good strong team to keep developing footballers for our boys and girls teams. We go again this Sunday, hopefully in warmer conditions!

Our adult mens’ teams had an unusually barren weekend pointswise, no shortage of effort, but came up against good lively opponents and were maybe a wee bit overstretched in terms of personnel. Games are coming quick and fast now, with both our Reserve teams out on Friday night, and seniors out on Saturday evening. Our Ladies had a good result away to Maguiresbridge on Sunday evening. We wish Megan Maguire a good recovery from an injury sustained during the game, and are grateful to those who provided assistance when the injury occurred.

Our Under 15s continued their good solid start to the league, with a solid win against Tempo in a good competitive game. Our Under 11.5s were also out and played very well against Teemore. Our Under 16 girls have also been playing well, and had a great result against Lisnaskea last week. Our Under 14 girls are also preparing for the Feile, which is scheduled for Saturday April 27th.  Our Under 15s host Devenish this Saturday morning, with our Under 11s off to Brewster Park in the afternoon.

Finally, it was with sadness that our club and the community heard of the recent passing of Howard Cathcart. We extend sympathies to his family, especially his son Geoffrey who is a club sponsor and helps us out a lot.
